BACKGROUND ABOUT THE TORCH HUNTS:
THE TORCH GUIDING LIGHT HUNT:
The Torch Guiding Light Hunt acted as a learning tool for newcomers, introducing them to different the aspects they will face in Second Life. It covered the cultures and sub cultures that have taken shape in the SL over the last 9 years, such as Neko, Furries, Vampire, Fantasy and Tinies etc. It will also introduced them to different destinations such as Clubs, Roleplay sims, Newcomer Hotspots and others. 27 stores took part including, Club Capital, Adult HUB, Nation of Remembrance or NoR, Virtual Rykuku and WW2 Memorial Park.
ABOUT THE NEW HUNT:
It is time once again for a Torch Hunt, this time starting at October 1st and ending on Halloween. Since the Guiding Light hunt was such success, the Jack-O-Lantern hunt will be expanded. We have removed the cap of 30 destinations, so come on and flood us with your applications.
